Director of Marketing. Prepare winning proposals, submittals, qualifications, and interview presentations through close coordination with the technical staff. Lead kick off meetings to define expectations, identify tasks and assign responsibilities, and develop production schedule. Writing and editing of KEITH collateral including resumes and project descriptions, graphic design of marketing collateral, development and maintenance of proposal materials and research. Manage, organize, and prioritize multiple projects and meet competing deadlines. Business development and strategy meetings, development of content for proposals, and create marketing collateral. Establish annual marketing budget, prepare annual marketing plan. Coordinate professional events and trade shows, attending networking events and municipal prebid meetings.

Identify and source potential business development opportunities in line with the firm’s service and geographic objectives. Coordinate and prepare letters of response, technical proposals and presentations. Graphics and company branding. Maintain marketing materials including resumes, project descriptions, site photos, etc. Work closely with other marketing and technical/engineering staff on RFP and RFQ submittals. Participate in industry events, marketing meetings, and pre-proposal meetings. Direct social media efforts on behalf of the firm.

Directly reporting to the Chairman and three+ other Principals / Design Studios. Responsible for overall marketing, graphic design, and administrative functions. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, design and development of marketing materials for boutique and large scale, multi-million dollar domestic and international projects, review and researching RFPs, preparing graphic response packages, coordination with teams of subconsultants, identifying and assembly of all RFP requirements, writing and editing scope of services for proposals, maintaining project files, travel arrangements, researching and reporting new leads, tracking projected leads, proposals, wins and losses, respond to RFQs with strong graphic qualification materials, development and assistance in execution of strategic marketing plans for multiple design studios, monitor and analyze multiple project’s projected revenue and labor budgets to ensure they remain profitable, coordination with consultants to prepare Certificates of Insurance, management and coordination of weekly production meetings for all studios, graphic design of lobby presentations. Management and coordination of work sharing between three other studio coordinators.
