As a Sr. Instructional Designer, I assisted with the development of the company's first three-year Leadership and Employee development strategy. I worked closely with the HR Director and Org. Learning Director on talent reviews to assess the development of key talent and identify opportunities to grow and develop leaders for future opportunities and succession.
