Developed and executed end to end front end implementations and user experience studies, including design thinking workshops, user interviews, journey mapping, and process flow optimization for supply chain, management of change, and unified communication sectors. Utilized tools and libraries such as Bootstrap, Angular, and C#, as well as Adobe XD for wire framing.ACHIEVEMENTS:- Designed user and technical on-boarding processes to deploy Zoom from ~100 users to ~45k users in 3 weeks and reduce ticket load- Pinpointed 60k hours/~$3 mil a year in suboptimal supply chain processes- Discovered potential time savings of ~60% and ~50% effort through pain point elimination in journey mapping- Replaced ~8-10 internal sites by developing and deploying one multi-level document repository- Planned and led multi-sector workshops of all types for senior technical and business leaders

Developed and supported legacy vendor and in-house customized applications for the financial and accounting sectors. Worked on call and ticketing as well as wrote and updated SQL stored procedures and C# applications. Maintained, updated, and developed new SSIS packages and SSRS reports, as well as debugged and troubleshooting on legacy mainframe and Visual Basic tools.ACHIEVEMENTS:- Automated financial postings and corrected layouts to prevent user errors, saving ~3-5HRS/week/accountant.- Organized and led a massive technical and architecture documentation plan, including crafting detailed design documents and working with head architects on optimization opportunities- Created, tested, and deployed team’s first ever end to end onboarding for new staff and developers

Served as a technical consultant and full stack developer for a wide variety projects in multiple sectors, including energy, finance, and healthcare.ACHIEVEMENTS:- Automated a manual Excel scraping and FTP process to deploy automatically at month end close, utilizing C#, SQL, and SSIS packages.- Developed and designed interfaces for a dashboard utilizing Angular and Bootstrap, as well as created and debugged APIs integrating Azure and ElasticSearch.- Utilized Azure Machine Learning and SQL as well as data analytics to predict costs of healthcare in advance; helped design and present complex data to leaders

Work with an assigned mentor on an independent research assignment of our choice. Developed and coded a web and mobile-based iOS environment, utilizing interactive-based supercomputing and designing simple user interfaces for both research and educational use. Presented at LBRN SURF 2014 and won first prize. Continued work in mobile-focused development environments and research in human-computer interactions and data analytics.

Crafting a responsive, web-based, SAP Fiori-like/SAPUI5 (Javascript and XML) application with prominent user research and UX/UI user testing, as well as developing both front end appearance and back end data model and service.

Participated in the Application Development Services On-Boarding process and completed orientations on SAP and both ABAP and OO-ABAP. Worked with the Finance Team in SAP Application Delivery Services in order to deliver a personal project over a two month period, from complete design to delivery of a final product. Collaborated with other interns and members of the department in order to grow, learn, and become familiar with the SAP landscapes and environments. Presented the project to senior management in a presentation.
