Coordinate related activities of other UPMCHP departments as necessary to ensure that all aspects of each program are successful and that all impacted departments are aware of progress/updates, design and develop new project plans for new programs/events as needed, including all policies and procedures, program outlines, contracts as needed with participating facilities, and all marketing materials, implement programs for maximum results and member satisfaction, manage various programs, campaigns, and events related to physical activity (examples include MyHealth Community Physical Activity Discount Network, More Energy Program, Physical Activity Campaign(s), and We-ve Got Your Back Program), manage, in part or in full, Health Promotion Specialist to aid in project implementation, meet project plan deadlines (these deadlines may require occasional extended daily work hours as necessary), strategically expand the discount network to meet specific needs of the UPMCHP Health Promotion Department, including developing contracts as needed with UPMCHP legal department, negotiating contracts with the facilities, and submitting them for inclusion in the MyHealth Community data base as appropriate, summarize and interpret program results, track and report on all aspects of the expansion process, as well as on the progress of the various initiatives.
