I also have experience in cross-cultural communication and international electoral monitoring in various Latin American countries. I am a proud UToledo Global Studies grad and a Fulbright Mexico alumna. I graduated Spring 2023 with my Master of Public Administration from Texas Tech University.

  - Plan, organize, and supervise assigned administrative functions while ensuring Council members are kept fully informed on all matters. - Study assigned administrative problems and develop reports and recommendations for the Mayor, City Council and City Manager;- Provide information and interpretations on City policies, functions, and procedures to individuals, civic groups, and the media;- Coordinate special projects that cross divisions/departments;- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to provide information to the public and promote a positive image of the municipal organization.
