• Event Management: Led 25 events annually for up to 1,400 attendees including marketing, catering, IT, set up, and execution. • Project Management: Worked with area nonprofits to create, schedule, and run pro bono projects for students.• Study Abroad Program Management: Organized Summer Study Abroad program in Munich including: marketing, serving as point of contact for students, handling admissions, facilitation of payments, and course registration.• Program Assessment: Helped to conduct research and implement program redesign for Munich Summer Program, which resulted in a $20,000 increase in earning and a 64% increase in student participation.• Financial Management: Managed invoices, spending, and reimbursements (approximately $20,000 per month) for 3 deans as well as 4 student groups using an electronic payment and filing system.• Budget Oversight: Managed finances, budget, and spending for 3 student groups (of $75,000) to monitor efficient use of funds.• Data Management: Managed database of pro bono hours for over 400 law school students at a time. In 2017 our students ranked 4th in most hours contributed annually- an increase of over 300% from 2014.• Marketing: Publicized events, advocacy competitions, and pro bono projects through multiple channels including website updates, portal announcements, email listservs, and social media.• Writing: Wrote, edited, oversaw publication of 14-page annual newsletter to be used for marketing.• Interpretation: Traveled to Argentina to interpret 60-minute Law Lectures from English to Spanish given by GW professors at Universidad San Salvador. Interpreted Question and Answer session. • Program Development: Design, develop, and implement activities for 100 students for 3 days during the Public Interest Pre-Orientation program.
