- Oversee case management team to ensure effective and efficient service delivery that is consistent with Daily Work’s mission, vision, and values.- Act as a key thought partner. Brainstorm, identify, and implement strategic solutions to organizational challenges. - Monitor program and staff performance and implement improvements as necessary. - Assist with development and implementation of an evaluation plan and communicate expectation, goals, and assessment process to teams.- Identify, plan for, and facilitate groups that align with program goals. - Evaluate program effectiveness and community impact.

- Facilitate daily Scrum meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospectives.- Work with Product Owners on artifacts such as product backlog, sprint backlog, and sprint burndown.- Publicize the teams progress and successes to make sure they are highly visible to ProductOwner/stakeholders.- Track and report status and other metrics against goals on an ongoing basis.- Motivate the team to come up with quality shippable product and meet the product goals.- Facilitate sprint planning as Scrum Master for multiple Scrum teams in a distributed environment.

- Conduct individual and group supervision for over 35 BSW and MSW licensure candidates in accordance with the Board of Social Work, NASW Code of Ethics, and Minnesota state statute requirements.- All supervision since March 2020 has been held virtually. - Emphasis and specialty areas include: ethics, group work, supervision and macro practice, all through an equity and justice lens.

- Taught the following courses: Social Work Field Seminar (with corresponding internship); Inclusive Practice with Groups, Organizations, and Communities; Intro to Family Studies; Human Behavior and the Social Environment; Family Studies Senior Seminar; "I Want to Help People" (an intro to helping professions).- Engaged in continual learning and action related to anti-racist/anti-oppressive practices through DEI participation, department dedicated consultation, and personal work.

- Cultivated and nurtured strong relationships with over 150 students and agencies in order to build lasting partnerships. - Assessed readiness for partnering in order to set all parties up for successful placements. Per year, onboarded at least 5 – 10 new agencies and supervisors through orientation process to maintain engagement and retention.- Anticipated concerns in order to address them proactively. Identified and resolved issues promptly through effective communication and engaging necessary stakeholders.- Utilized research, data, and feedback to make informed decisions and recommendations.

- Hired, supervised and ensured professional development for 6 health educators/coaches and at minimum 2 dedicated interns per year, in addition to numerous volunteers. - Managed program budgets, implementation and reporting for one federal Office of Minority Health and three Minnesota Department of Health-funded contracts providing HIV/STI prevention, education and testing, targeting youth, Latinx and API communities. - Worked in partnership with Ramsey County Public Health and MDH to establish 15 parenting coaches for annual It’s That Easy curriculum training. Developed metrics to drive successful engagement of over 1000 clients annually. Exceeded the outcome expectations each year. - Continually evaluated and strategically planned for sustainable program expansion, specifically with a focus on access to holistic, community-based health care. Participated in grant writing to fund expanding programs.- Recruited to participate in Minnesota Department of Health Adolescent Health Leadership Team to help define statewide strategic initiative for the next decade. Recruited to participate in Ramsey County – Health Community Division strategic planning process.- Strategically facilitated organizational change to better support expanding department. Assessed needs and created partnerships with external health-related agencies to meet community concerns, e.g. partnered with Walk-In Counseling Center to provide mental health services on-site.

In collaboration with schools of social work, I recruit and place interns throughout the organization. I conduct individual and group social work supervision.

- Developed and implemented grant-funded programs designed to assess and address pregnancy prevention for young people and sexual health care needs of the LGBTQ community; created and managed budgets for programs, conducted outreach to and collaboration with community members; hired and supervised program staff, interns and volunteers. Doubled the active volunteer base through recruitment and training. - Supervised clinic flow. Utilizing data, created more efficient time management policies benefiting patients and budget.- Conducted culturally responsive (DEI) trainings to medical staff and health care providers throughout Minnesota, including Mayo Clinic.- Served on marketing and program committees of Board of Directors, and leadership team of clinic; developed and executed marketing and strategic plans in order to increase visibility of clinic services.- Represented agency through outreach/education to thousands of individuals in school, university, community and coalition settings.
