 Process the organizing and eventual scanning of almost every document that comes into the building of WiseF&I. We scan the check stubs, remittances, cancellations, letters written to dealers, customers and lenders, etc. My job is to organize and prioritize these items so they get done in a timely manner and are easy to find if a contract that has not been scanned is needed to be located.  Subject matter expert in charge of designing new software for the company to use to make the process more efficient. It has been online for a few months, and is expected to be fully installed and running within the next few weeks. That should increase productivity in that department by over 40%. Creation a manual on the software that I helped design since I was the only point of contact with the manufacturer in London. The manual includes several sections: the project plan with status updates, background coding, training manual on how to do the scanning position in both software, directions to find the form that I already updated with the new font and a copy of each of those forms as an example, and examples of the non-updated contracts that are still in progress. The manual is designed so that anyone can pick it up and tell within seconds any status of a form or the software itself. Testing a great back up software in case the main software does go down for any reason and got it up and running very well already. Studying of some contracts and I found that to change font for the new contracts, the scanners will now be able read it and that should increase productivity by a tremendous amount. Time management by picking out the next scanning batch of papers based on the time the project will take and the time we will have to devote to that project without being pulled away to do something else. Use of dual monitors to streamline the use of over 5 applications open at a time.
