Site creation included use of CSS, HTML, PHP, MySQL. Store creation required use of shopping cart systems such as X-Cart and Zen Cart. Created and assembled web graphics, including logos, and advertisements. Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint used for miscellaneous other tasks. Finances and budgeting were maintained using Excel.

Created, updated, and maintained eLearning site pages for KMi clientele including Accenture, and Supply Chain Academy, Ohio State University, Akzo Nobel, and Fisher-Cobb using CSS, HTML, and incorporating various custom-designed Flash games and projects. Coordinated and worked closely with team members and co-designers for minor and major site changes and updates. Created graphics and Flash animations regularly for various websites and projects. Also transcribed audio files, and assisted in creating language variations of projects in Japanese, Spanish, and German.

Processed credit card applications for major retail stores such as Express, Victoria's Secret, and Maurices. Processed changes of addresses, and reactivate closed accounts. Received GEM award in June 2002 for providing outstanding service to our customers and teammates, and Call of the Month in May 2002.
