Oversight of UAAF Warehouse Transition from LOGCAP III to LOGCAP IV •Served as Subject Matter Expert during transition period for the LOGCAP IV – Kuwait Northern Camps. Helped provide analysis of how to operate the logistics support for Kuwait AOR and gave recommendations on how to reduce costs for the warehousing operations.•Oversight of the Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) calibration and repair support for all LOGCAP IV Northern camps in Kuwait.•Was in charge of container management using the Integrated Booking System (IBS Container Management Module – CENTCOM•Developed and published procedures and policies required to manage and control all procured products and equipment from the supplier to the end-user in an efficient and timely manner according to the Performance Work Statement. Ensures all procured products are transported and delivered in a secure manner.•Responsible for Logistics Operations that process requisitions, backorders, site-to-site transfers, issuing and receiving of materials using DynCorp’s Maintenance, Repair and Operations system (DYNMRO).

Provided logistics support to all Task Orders and Functional Area Managers under the Director of Logistics (DOL)•Maintained living database that includes Labor, Materials, Subcontract Labor and Services, and Equipment for all Logistics Departments.•Coordinated the interface between logistics functions such as transportation, maintenance, services and warehousing, to ensure efficient, timely, and cost effective support to the customer.•Advised upper management on logistical status, support and type required.•Created databases, spreadsheets and presentations as requested on Logistics information to support the transition from LOGCAP III to LOGCAP IV as requested.•Created Smart Books, Desktop Operating Procedures (DOP), Emergency Action Plans (EAP), Strategic Plans, and Reports and Procedures Training packages for all Logistics Departments.•Tracked and expedited high priority requisitions through the procurement / subcontract system on multiple levels, to provide the customer with status and ensure delivery in a timely manner.•Develop and maintain comprehensive Subcontract Labor databases, providing start up information for Subcontract Labor Base Camp Access Badge requirements as well as Subcontract Labor requisitions. •Work and write requisitions for subcontract labor after working extensively with Task Order Managers and Supervisors on determining necessary numbers required to maintain mission effectiveness.
