I onboard, train and lead a team to run weekly programming focused on college knowledge, academic success and leadership development for 300 low income high school youth in San Diego. I support the development and facilitation of two programs - College Town and College Apps Academy. With College Town, I manage a team of eight to create programming to support the socio-emotional, leadership and college knowledge development of about 150 students. For College Apps Academy, I lead a team of four in facilitating a college application bootcamp style program at different schools and community based organizations in San Diego.
