I am a passionate and effective leader with over 17 years of experience in serving communities through Quint, a community economic development non-profit organization in Saskatoon. As the Executive Director at Quint since July 2023, I work closely with the board to implement the vision and direction of the organization. I also oversee the performance and operations of the organization and have successfully managed HR issues, built vibrant and inclusive teams, and delivered impactful programs that enhance the lives of core area residents. I have a strong academic background in sociology and social work from the University of Saskatchewan and the University of Regina. I also have knowledge and skills in governance, finance, strategy, and risk management.
