I work with my clients to help them transform into the best version of themselves that they can be. I believe that we can be most effective in all endeavors once we have healed on a personal level. Once we are feeling whole and centered we have more energy for our family, friends, career, and for reaching our own personal goals. We get the most out of life when we get the most out of ourselves and I teach my clients how to live life to the fullest.I have worked in a number of healing professions, from group and individual counseling as a Creative Arts Therapist at Bellevue Hospital, to working as a Holistic Nutritionist with clients one on one. Yet nothing brings me as much passion and joy as soul retrieval work does. I have found that while my clients dwell on hardships and challenges left over from previous traumas, they blossom after having soul retrieval work done to heal these wounds. Instead of talking about their power lost to life's hardships, they radiate with the power gained through shamanic healing. I work to empower my clients and support them through this process in a nurturing and holistic way.My goal is to help people heal on an individual level so that they can make better choices for themselves, their families and their environment. Healing starts with the self and spreads out wide beyond ourselves, creating a ripple effect that can change the world.
