- Strategic relationship development- Develop and execute sales strategies- Execute and lead the sales process from lead acceptance to close of sale- Create business forecasts- Develop and manage new industry relationships- Meet required monthly sales and business objectives- Work in collaboration with all team members and leadership to develop and execute business plans- Work closely with designers to develop best furniture options that fit their budget and design aesthetic

- Coordinate and collaborate with the client on furniture selection, finishes and layouts throughout all phases of the project- Selection of material/finish for furniture. I also work with architectural design firms in selecting all architectural finishes for some projects in conjunction with providing the furniture selection. - Provide preliminary and final furniture layouts- Provide cost estimates and final proposals to the client- Coordinate and collaborate with sales, project management and installers on all projects and provide installation drawings- Manage multiple projects concurrently with fast paced rigorous project deadlines

- Coordinate, collaborate and execute all phases of a project including millwork and shop drawings for the entire interior of building- Collaborate with the client to develop furniture layouts and specifications.- Manage multiple projects with multiple design teams concurrently- Work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, fabricators and specification writers to meet overall project objectives- Accomplish rigorous project deadlines and budgets- Develop design and space planning concepts- Selection of material/finish for all projectsClients Include (Not All):- University of Michigan- Oakland Community College- Grand Rapids Community College - Schoolcraft College- Argentine Elementary- Brother Rice High School- White Chapel Cemetery
