I have extensive experience of M&A transactions in the Nordic Market, as adviser to leading private equity firms and corporates. I spent close to 20 years working at Linklaters (and it’s predecessor on the Swedish market, Lagerlöf & Leman), the last 10 of them as head of the firms Nordic private equity practice. But besides learning all I can about the business side of law practice, I’ve also learned what makes a successful advisor - and what doesn’t. What makes a successful partnership – and what doesn’t. And what makes a successful and happy workplace – and what doesn’t. The funny thing is – it’s super simple; culture and relationships. And so now, I’m growing a new breed of legal expertise services. Hansen is not your ordinary law firm. We are spearheading engaged senior counselling in all things related to: - M&A - Management Advisory - Venture Capital and - Tech & Commercial. And we are doing so in a relationship centred manner. These days I advise owners, corporates and private equity firms on domestic and international M&A deals, incentive programs and other general corporate matters. And I can proudly say I’m a market leader in relation to management advisory services in Nordic private equity transactions.
