We offer a full service brokerage division that handles specialty freight and expedited needs. In my role, I work closely with shippers to help streamline freight processes, reduce their freight costs and help gain back time spent dealing with transportation issues. My areas of expertise include: B2B sales, prospecting, lead generation, presentations, account management and relationship building.

Under my direction as President, membership grew over 400% and revenue tripled. Led the creation and implementation of a new brand; new logo, website, programs, committees, and identifying leaders for the committee chair roles. Established partnerships with local leaders and organizations to provide professional development opportunities to members.

Planned the development and implementation of outreach activities to engage, educate and grow Erie Federal Credit Union business and personal member base. Expanded relationships with business owners, realtors and community leaders in the area to identify potential partnerships related to credit union membership/revenue growth.Worked closely with a variety of departments to leverage analytics and utilize CRM to strengthen share of wallet for business members. Developed and delivered quarterly training with branch staff on business product and service offerings. Administered professional written and oral presentations promoting the benefits of general membership and business services at meetings and other special events with key business owners, personnel and/or staff.

Developed a coordinated approach to identify, educate and enroll senior citizens in regards to the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program/Food Stamp Program. Ensured that clients were receiving all services identified as being needed. Trained caseworker staff on the procedures to implement to identify consumers who were eligible. Coordinated outreach and educational sessions with identified partners and with Area Agency on Aging and GECAC agency supervisory staff.

Planned and organized monthly block parties/happy hour mixers for downtown business professionals. Integrated activities with local business owners, vendors, media, city officials and police. Created external communication pieces for general membership.
