Lead a team of planning analysts in NM DMO Planning covering multiple technologies and products manufactured in Rio Rancho. Enabled a success startup for the first high volume manufacturing of Wafer Level Assembly in F9. Delivered solutions to increase the output of the DMO factories by optimizing the capacity & capabilities within Intel.

Supply management for products manufactured at Intel's Albuquerque manufacturing facility. Coordinate the work and lead several product planners in the operations of die supply business processes.

Primary interface for internal groups to communicate with Planning. Worked closely with Manufacturing to ensure success in hitting committed schedules and adjust schedules as necessary based on performance exceeding parameters or missing parameters.

Responsible for the strategic capacity planning function within Factory Planning, including partnering with Manufacturing and Engineering on business or factory driven capacity what-ifs, managing the parameter change and commit process, interfacing with key divisional and build plan stakeholders in the management of VF capacity and loading plans.

Managed several product new product introductions including product setups and tracking supply status to ensure ontime delivery for new product ramps and customer samples. Also managed several products supporting CPU and Chipset demand which involved schedule management, setting product priorities for the factory, adjusting schedules to ensure customer demand and downstream supply customer schedules were met on time. Used supply chain analysis tools to conduct multiple what-if analysis to help drive decisions on supply communication and commitments.

Assistant in F11 HR and F9 HR which included training and coordination of our employee review cycle. Implemented a new HR system (GENI) which involved training administrative assistants across all Intel sites. Conducted employee training sessions included workplace violence prevention and HR systems.
