Kristi Combs is a Chief Operating Officer, Variant Investments at Variant Investments. Colleagues describe them as "I hired Kristi in 1996 into our National Recruiting Department to assist our regional recruiters. Within a short time, Kristi had developed the skills and professionalism to have responsibility for her own regional recruiting territory. Kristi proved herself capable of succeeding in her new role quickly and was recognized by other senior managers as " our shooting star". It was an honor for me to be considered Kristi's leader and mentor. I have followed her career since 2000 when she left FSC. It brings me great joy when hearing about her positive impact on all with whom she has been associated. Any organization having the priviledge of Kristi's presence needs to understand the vast contributions she can make to its success.
