As a visual merchandiser, I dress mannequins and set and hang graphics. I set mannequins, graphics, CDUs, and displays by the book or POG. I also help with setting displays and weekly sets whether marketing-based or sales based according to the direction given or POG. I also help out wherever needed whether that be with Ad set, Omni, drive up, in-store pickup, truck unload, merchandising, recovery, customer service, or at point of sale.

I started working as part of the early morning merchandising team. Working in merchandising, I take freight and work it to the floor by making room or fixtures for it or replacing what is already out on the floor. I also have to make signs for the merchandise after it is put out on the sales floor. I helped with price changes and merchandising of clearance and limited quantity.

As a sales associate, I worked recovery to the floor. I also worked at the registers and customer service with sales, returns, exchanges, and answering phone calls. I assisted customers with questions, ordering on the kiosks, looking for merchandise and service. I also worked in the fitting rooms with returning clothes back onto the sales floor after refolding and hanging clothes and other merchandise. I also helped answer any questions that customers had.

While working in the fitting room and sales floor I would take recovery and return it to the floor where they belonged. I would also clean up the sales floor whether that be folding tables or rehanging merchandise. I also would help customers on the sales floor either locating the merchandise they were looking for or taking it out of the back stockroom.
