Primarily responsible for personnel administration in meeting the existing and future Human Resource needs of the bank; to include all administrative tasks in processing payroll and employee benefits, maintaining complete and accurate personnel files, reporting any HR concerns or issues to bank’s Executive Management promptly, as well as support and completion of various HR related projects.

Made recommendations to managers, and then worked with outside recruiting agencies, if necessary, to schedule interviews between managers and candidates. • Sourced, screened, and interviewed potential employees, as well as made recommendations to hiring managers. Scheduled interviews between clients and candidates.
