- I am responsible for reviewing and managing data, licenses, and job sponsorships on external and internal platforms to support USA field members in attracting additional talent, as well as creating innovative content that makes Adecco more appealing, relevant, and competitive. By looking at analytics and data, I tell stories with reports and make suggestions to benefit our business and our clients. I continually make processes work more efficiently, as well as make suggestions for improvement to tasks and job performance. My role supports both colleagues and clients with data analysis, marketing/business guidance, and campaigns that constantly expand Adecco's boundaries in new, positive directions.- I created the brand statement that resides on Adecco's website as of 2021.- I helped establish the partnership between Hope FL and Adecco.- I have trained colleagues in social media platforms, advertising, writing, crisis communication, tech, etc.- I set up automations for various processes.- I helped our job postings be in state compliance.- I oversaw a team of colleagues and led Adecco's national advertising for both digital and print media.

Regular duties included but were not limited to: servicing and reviewing collateral, training lending officers, financial services such as risk calculating, loan processing and maintenance, remote work with home and branch offices, technical and security ambassador, accounts payable, customer account servicing, insurance review, appraisal and title work ordering and review, construction inspection, legal document filing, working customers from initial meeting to loan closing, communicating marketing feedback/decisions and company brand to the region, and supporting office staff with software transitions, including explaining the new Relationship program and troubleshooting any issues.
