Perform day to day operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, tracking jobs, creating proposals and scheduling appointments. Other duties include tracking and input of payroll, liaison for employee benefits, creating and managing expense & sales reports and general office documentation such as lien waivers and change orders.

Responsible for all front office duties, including scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, collecting payments, answering busy phones and communicating patient needs to providers. Added responsibility of training new employees.

Liaison between programmer and end users to implement new upgrades and modifications. Identifying and troubleshooting performance issues. Documenting system scope and objectives. Testing changes and creating workflow procedures.
