While at ZLR, I was responsible for building, growing and managing the account management team to ensure all clients' needs were being met and expectations exceeded. I was also a member of the leadership team and served as the lead for new business activities. Accounts I was directly responsible for were: - Beam Industries - managed all marketing activities for leading central vacuum manufacturer, including consumer research, national advertising, collateral development and channel/dealer engagement. Lead the team that repositioned the company with a new brand identity, which successfully penetrated a niche market and led to a six percent market share increase in a lagging industry and economy.- Iowa Department of Public Health - Division of Tobacco Use Prevention and Control - developed strategic marketing campaigns consisting of statewide media, public relations, local and statewide events and guerrilla marketing geared toward reducing tobacco use among Iowa teens. Instrumental in the growth and success of the statewide, youth-led organization, Just Eliminate Lies (Lies). During the seven years I was involved with the program, Iowa saw a 41% cumulative decrease in tobacco use among Iowa high school students.- Iowa Department of Public Health - Iowa Gambling Treatment Program - successfully launched statewide, multi-media general awareness campaign to promote the 1-800-BETS OFF helpline, which resulted in a 44% increase in the number of calls and an 87% awareness level among Iowans.

Handled all corporate marketing activities for Farm Bureau Financial Services in a 14-state region, as well as managed multiple agent local co-op advertising programs across the country. Oversaw and coordinated the development of collateral materials for eight alliance partners to sell Farm Bureau Variable Annuity and Variable Universal Life products.
