Project management is most commonly deadline driven (and deadlines are important!) but what if it was people driven? Too often, a project misses critical milestones because humans are not deadline driven machines. We are fallible. My approach to project management is fueled by the belief that physical, mental, and emotional health come first. I build project plans that take into account personal and project needs and allow us to hit our deadlines without sacrificing the health of the humans who work so hard to make our deliverable amazing.
