Responsibilities• Conduct outreach activities to various media outlets to request interviews, publications, and or presentations for BSCI and its representative to be featured.• Engage in activities that will raise company awareness in a professional manner.• Serve as a second eye in proofreading marketing materials.• Research and identify various advertising channels that align with the mission of BSCI o Assist in the updating of internal templates and documents that are used in various customer consultations.• Assist BSCI in the preparation of grant applications and bid proposals.• Perform special projects, research, and other tasks as assigned, including social media platform management.

• Facilitating contact between prospective students and admissions personnel.• Communicate in a professional manner via telephone, email, text, and other mediums.• Responsible for heavy call volume and expeditious follow up with new and existing studentinquiries. (150-250 call range daily) 20 calls per hour.• Create accurate documentation of all activity using department technology and must maintain astrong proficiency using the necessary technology tools. (Salesforce, Microsoft teams/Office)• Respond to incoming information requests from prospective students and acting as first contact inthe admissions process.• Make outbound phone calls, answering inbound phone calls, sending text messages and emails.• Follow scripted procedures and workflow to establish contact with prospective students foradmissions purposes.• Train and shadow new hires in the department.• Report to all virtual mandatory meeting sessions

Responsibilities• Primarily make outbound calls to patients, providers and pharmacies; receive and respond to inbound calls as well.• Ensure call resolution by discussing purpose of call, following call protocols, and effectively addressing contacted party’s concerns, escalates calls as necessary according to protocol.• Perform functions such as: accurate gathering of medication list, demographic information, and basic health information; assessing medication adherence barriers, and other functions as required for service protocols.• Provide information to patients by explaining call purpose, answering questions and referring to appropriate resource.• Attend all required training sessions to stay updated on skills, policies, and procedures.• Follow all policies and procedures including security, confidentiality, and privacy procedures as required by HIPAA and company policy.• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities • Inspect and verify passenger documentation.• Issue boarding passes and reschedules passengers affected by flight interruptions or cancellations.• Manage passenger baggage processing including handling and fee calculation if applicable.• Assist passengers as needed through arrival and check-in processes including support for passengers with special needs such as unaccompanied minors, VIP passengers, and passengers needing wheelchair assistance.• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine, as required.• Make public address announcements as required.• Comply with all federal, state, municipal, airport authority, and carrier security requirements and Swissport policies.• Operate equipment to include the jetway, computer keyboards, and carrier-specific reservation/ ticketing software.• Produce all required, work-related documentation.

Responsibilities• Answer incoming phone HVAC sales and service phone calls, as well incoming sale phone calls for other Home Improvement products while extending the highest level of quality member service.• Schedule service appointments as needed.• Receive all calls with the understanding that the incumbent is forming the member' s first impression of the company.• Respond in an enthusiastic, customer service courteous, friendly and caring manner while selling the appointment to maximize lead to appointment conversion.• Minimize calls in the queue as well as up-sell Home Improvement products and the value of the appointment.• Support any customer-centric duties depending on company needs and perform other duties as assigned.
