During this tenure I oversaw outbound operations for the Maryland region consisting of 10 last mile logistics facilities spanning from Baltimore to Virginia. I led and managed a team of 10 Senior Managers, 40 Front-Line Supervisors and 1,000 associates. I coordinated capacity plans and managed the bottom-line PL to meet benchmark cost goals. I managed associate engagement, employee discipline and reviews while ensuring customer satisfaction with orders delivered on time, in the right order and without damage.My key accomplishments included:• Improved regional On-Time Dispatch from 80% to 95% by identifying process gaps to create an action tracking report to close each gap• Implemented new driver training program, leading to a 23% capacity increase within region• Played a key role in site ranking's significant improvement on AMZL Worldwide Scorecard, transitioning from being the worst logistics site within Amazon to the top 50th percentile in the world.

In this role I established capacity plan, associate and leadership hiring as well as training and ensured launch deadlines were being met. I supervised team, directed logistics operations, fostered staff engagement, and improved employee retention.My key accomplishments included:• Successfully led launch of the new Amazon Logistics site, recording highest graduation score of all launch sites at 97%.• Performed Capacity Lead functions across the Mid-Atlantic Region, delivering 76% reduction on road capacity.• Contributed to site placing in 4th percentile on Worldwide AMZL scorecard in April 2021.

I spearheaded an inbound shift encompassing over 500 personnel, 4 front-line managers and served as subject matter expert in process improvement to drive change across the department.My key accomplishments included:• Conducted in-depth analysis of processes, leading to 24% growth in inbound productivity• Established controls and fostered sustainability.• Delivered department record of 467K units received in single shift, totaling 1M units in a day.

I led, trained and performance coached 130 associates in order to meet inbound goals.
