Worked with diverse clientele and staff members has developed my social skills and encouraged me to confront any situation that I may be placed in. Communication is a strong skill I have picked up while working in many different environments. Physical work with different equipment and heavy loads were also tasks that these jobs relied on me for, such as back of house work, carrying heavy loads, use of pallet jacks, organizing and managing stock and more.Changing environments and work pressured me to develop and adapt to the tasks at hand and stay on my toes. I’ve learned to prepare effectively for any job and handle a diverse range of high intensity, risk, and pressured situations. Communication with staff and clients was also a vital factor in different areas as it ensured that there was an efficient system in place and an understanding of how work was being completed. Working with different types of management and staff has also strengthened my ability to be involved in the process of preparing and running jobs effectively.
