The business is focused on delivering the highest quality plant-based beverage products to the retail and foodservice markets with a particular focus on ‘HoReCa’, QSR, Franchise, National Accounts, Corporate Catering and the ever growing and evolving Coffee Roaster vertical.- Re-build the business/brand from decline to be a market force- Build a best practise sales field team for optimal output through a leadership style that's underpinned by an approach focused with empathy and vulnerability- Maximise resourcing by building an economic engine of topline performance- Coach and lead cross-functional team members for a frictionless order to cash processes- Sales and Distribution strategies to ensure the most effective and efficient go to market penetration.- Implement Push and Pull strategies with a growth mindset and high touch, high value appeal to external stakeholders.- Manage the sales pipeline and the marketing strategy
