I am an ITIL trained transformational leader aiming to deliver the highest levels of service for my customers through Project Management, Customer Service and Service Delivery. My key strategy to managing customer relationships is by setting clear expectations and goals to ensure everyone is on the same path and that we can strive to go above and beyond those expectationsIn the office I am passionate about technology, telecoms, process improvement and culture development. My personality plays a strong role in developing that team culture, being an extrovert and an influencer I am able to bring a lot of energy to the workplace. Outside of work I very much enjoy being physically active, with my main focus being to improve my cycling, with the goal of completing several endurance races over the coming year.
