Property Management (Commercial and Residential) - The KAIN Group owns commercial and residential properties in Canada and the United States. I oversee these properties dealing with the tenants, various vendors, and budgets while managing a cross-functional property management team. Logistics, Warehousing, & 3PL - Assist in managing the operations of a 3PL located in Ontario. Some focuses include driving sales, people management, product management, taking on client projects, and analysis.Private Ventures - Analyzing the viability of new business ideas while proposing new opportunities to drive revenue and growth for the KAIN group. Research and market analysis are key in day-to-day operations.

Key Highlights and Projects - Successfully led and completed an independent production project for a large fast food chain that generated revenues in excess of 170k with a profit margin of over 75%.- Route Check In/ Service Coordinator - Ensured that SSR's were aware of their overall performance. Helped to track and relay key performance metrics for the service team and the location. Managed customer relationships and addressed concerns as they raised. -HR Recruitment - Aided in recruitment and selection of multiple location partners for both our Office and Production departments. Took on the process holistically from start to finish.- Office Administration - Worked as an Accounts Receivable representative to reduce the bad-debt of our location. This involved calling customers to reconcile debt while maintaining a high standard of customer service. Production Supervisor - 3 months as a 2nd Shift Production supervisor overseeing a team of 30+ Cintas partners. I was responsible for a wide array of duties and on the fly problem solving. While in the role I worked to develop many new partners and vastly improve some of our locations processes.Sales B2B - New business sales representative responsible for the wholistic sales process from account identification to close. Also required to manage customer relationships post sale to ensure a smooth transition to service as well as add new products as necessary.
