VPC-MIn the danish ministry of finance, I worked on projects related to digitalisation, modernisation in the public sector, as well as tasks related to the annual finance act.I contributed to a large scale Digitalisation Strategy, born out of a partnership between key actors in the private sector, unions, academia and the public sector. My greatest achievement was to be main responsible for the data wrangling and statistical analysis of survey responses used for the largest ever examiniation of motivation in the Danish public sector, while also contributing heavily to the layout and data visualisation in the report, as well as conclusions.Weekly workload ~ 20 hours

I taught weekly sessions for two cohorts of 40 students in 'Danish and Comparative Politics 2', a mandatory undergraduate course for political science students at the University of Copenhagen. I received outstanding evaluations by the end of the course.

At Center for digitalisering og teknologi (Center of digitalisation and technology) at KL, I gained crucial knowledge on the intersection of governance and techonology, aswell as skills required for navigating a highly political environment. My main task was to promote technological advances to support key welfare areas in danish municipalities. I did so by:- Being responsible for "Teknologiradaren", an infographic tool intended to aid municipalities in gaining insight about the maturity of technologies, and how to implement them in public task solution. - Writing cases about succesful use of technology in municipalities. - Hosting meet-ups, where key actors within governance and the tech sector shared experiences on the use of technology in public task solution.Weekly workload ~ 15 hours

Working for the largest public sector consultancy provider in Denmark, I gained important understanding in the workflow of a management consulting firm. I worked with a large number of public clients, primarily in the resort areas of: - Employment- Education- Public health- Eldercare- Child care- Gender equality My work was mostly centered around data analysis in Excel and Stata, assisting with qualitative research, such as interviews, aswell as contributing to writing reports and preparing presentations. The work at Rambøll especially strengthened my ability to work with multiple projects within short time frames, as well as collaborating with clients and coworkers with many different professional backgrounds. At Infomedia, one of the largest media analysis providers in Scandinavia, i was responsible for preparing media analyzes for both private and public clients, such as C20 companies, ministries and principalities, as well as large political organisations. This took the form of both quantitative textual analysis of media data, survey data analysis, and qualitative analysis of key stories in both conventional -and social media. Furthermore, I was responsible of visualising this data, and explaining key trends in a short and precise manner. In addition to this, i contributed to the annual report "CEO-superbrands", where i analysed the CEO's of Grundfos and Danfoss, in order to understand their role in branding their respective companies, which provided me with invaluable insight in contemporary marketing strategies. The tasks at Infomedia demanded strong expertise in Excel, Stata , PowerPoint, not to mention communicative skills, both within my department, as well as towards clients.Weekly workload ~ 16 hours
