Overall P&L responsible for the Danish office and business. Responsible for increasing volume and profit by implementing Segafredo coffee products to the Danish and Icelandic markets. Both retail, food service and office.Have over the past 9 years increased volume and top line sales with more than 50% and got listings with Segafredo Zanetti coffee in Danish Supermarket, Rema1000 and Meny. Have also developed and launched a new filter coffee for the Danish market.

Managing Stryhns Knowledge and Support Team. A team of 4 persons including me. The team handles all the forecast, Key Account assistance, sales planning, category management and space management. So overall I'm responsible for this. My daily job is analyzing and providing knowledge to improving business towards our customers beside managing the team.

Having the overall responsibilty for the Danish marketing department handling both AtL and BtL activities. Securing launches of new products, pricing, strategies and making sure campaigns are ready in due time. I have threee Brand Managers and a Category Manager reporting to me and I'm part of the local management group.

I had all major customers in the Out Of Home sector, such as Shell, S-Engros, Metro, 7-Eleven and more. I was handling the total ice cream portfolio within Unilever.

It was my job to secure and allign campaigns for our brands in both Sweden, Denmark and partly also Norway. I monitored the market via AC Nielsen and made reports to both the Key Account department and also to the sales reps to improve their arguments for better shelf space or listings in generel.

I had the total marketing team reporting to me, and it was my responsibilty to make sure we had the right trade campaigns from all of our brands, I did spacemanagement and also monitoring the market via data from either AC Nielsen or COOP DW. From reports I advised or made arguments to my marketing team to present in sales meetings or to the Key Accounts. I was also part of the Danish management group.

Category Manager with brand responsibilty. I started with having our children portfolio and then our strategic brand Läkerol. In my time Läkerol increase market shares with 36%. I had both category and trade responsibilty. I used my skills with anaylizing numbers to constantly fighting for improved listings and better shelf placements. It was still my job do do AC Nielsen reports to Key Accounts.
