In the web team, I contribute to the development of the job portal "Kde učit?" and, together with others, we continuously improve our online tools. In the communications team, I use my extensive experience in marketing, and since I've always enjoyed interacting with people, I've jumped right into fundraising as well. All of this is to ensure that education has more motivated and satisfied teachers.

Project management for a Czech non-governmental organization focused on education. My main focus is the development of our websites. Currently, I am collaborating with an external development agency on a new web service that will expand the portfolio of tools our organization offers to those interested in teaching. Additionally, I am part of a team focused on measuring the impact of our organization and preparing our outputs for a new CRM solution.

Brand management for a Czech textile company producing and selling shoes, clothing, and accessories made from technical hemp. I was responsible for complete marketing communication, including strategy design, campaign ideation and execution, coordination with external specialists (copywriters, graphic designers, PPC agency, etc.), production work during photoshoots, collaboration with Czech and European influencers, community management, analytics, and budget planning.During my tenure, in addition to annual campaigns, we redesigned our e-shop, established a successful email channel, launched an English version of the website, and expanded into more European countries.

Account management in a social media agency. Among the clients I was in charge of were, for example, Skoda Transportation, Pernod Ricard, Nestle, or MATTONI 1873. From this experience, I carry the ability of project management, the art of handling budgets, the skill to assign tasks effectively, and the capability to communicate with clients, regardless of their scale.
