Responsibilities on the management side included:- Ensuring accurate availability on all company sponsored websites, such as AirBnB, Hostel World, Bookings.com, Agoda, and in-house servers.- Checkin-in / Checking-out guest, assisting in conflict-resolution on behalf of both guests and staff.- Updating Account Bookings for cash coming in from room services, tour guides, beverages, and any items sold by CSH.- Regular maintenance up keeps, such as pool care, room cleanliness, property updates, etc.- Hospitality management for ensuring customer satisfaction, obtaining critical feedback from guest, executing property services to match guest requests.Marketing Management Responsibilities included:- Social media marketing on Facebook, Instagram, and publisher websites.- Careful market analysis on FacebookAds/GoogleAds page to determine which events and marketing campaigns yielded more guest activity and which events generated the most Impressions/Traffic.- Events planner to encourage guest interactions, promoting group activities, and island tours.- Strategizing price points for rooms, relative to competition. Coming up with niches that could differentiate property from saturated market within the area.- Holding managerial meeting to discuss strategic changes that could improve the property's ratings on the internet (Mobile & Desktop), and implementing best practices improving the company's market performance based on current data trends.

• Filed and processed veteran claims; ensured that all paperwork was completed and submitted correctly• Counseled veterans on issues they may be facing and directed or referred them to the correct professional services• Responded to Veteran’s affairs letters; prepared a variety of correspondence as necessary• Attended community events and shared information on various veteran programs in the country• Attended speaking engagements and talks on behalf of the county• Assisted pensioned veterans and widows in completing their annual income and medical expense reporting requirements• Supervised all administrative matters in Veterans Service Department, including budget preparation, accounts payable, general ledger monitoring, scheduling, and personnel matters• Conferred with Commissioner’s Court and Advisory Board in developing progressive plans for the division• Participated in conferences with veterans’ organizations as well as federal and state officials on matters affecting the welfare of veterans and veteran’s benefit programs; reviewed literature, documents, and news reports to enhance and maintain knowledge of state and federal legislation affecting veteran’s benefit programs • We represent clients in their appeal to the VA, Board of Veterans Affairs and Court of Appeals for Veteran Claims.
