Responsible for leading medium to large functional-technical projects as directed by KP’s Recruiting Center of Excellence.♦ Currently in deployment phase of Avature CRM implementation, including complex bi-directional integrations. I served as functional lead and lead integration tester, taking responsibility for requirements gathering, workflow design and configuration, data mapping, SIT, UAT, change management and training.♦ Served as functional and testing lead on artificial intelligence project to deploy bots into Taleo Recruiting, to automate competitive recruiting tasks. This included development, execution and verification of over 200 test cases to test over 200 branches of code, which prioritize lists of candidates based on union hiring priorities. Acted as Taleo Recruiting Functional consultant for the Taleo-Recruiting track of large Oracle HMC Cloud + Taleo Projects, including functional assistance to integration team mapping data to and from Oracle Cloud HCM / Taleo Recruiting & Onboarding.
