During last year at TrainAway we saw growth but also how the Corona virus made the industry stop for a while. During this time my tasked changed again.In charge of,- Leading sales efforts in entering new key markets- Strategic partnerships with the short term rental industry- HR (Hiring/firing/OKRs)- Building a new product to sell to current partners- Partner management (finding new and maintaining current partners)- SEO efforts- Getting us into the GoGrow programSupport:- Marketing- Legal

At this stage, TrainAway had grown quite a bit and we were operating in multiple markets. It was also at this stage that I got the title as Co-founder and earned an equity stake in the company. Marketing was taken over and I moved to a new role where I was in charge of the following while supporting on other fields:In charge of,- Leading the tech team- Improving the product (Taking it from only app to web)- Setting up Admin panel for partners- HR (Hiring/firing/OKRs)- Strategic partnerships with hotels- Partner mangement (finding new and maintaining current partners)- SEO efforts- Customer service- Getting us in to CSE and building relations to other start-upsSupport:- Marketing- Legal

As I finished my Masters at CBS I started working full time at TrainAway as head of Marketing but still was in charge of setting up partnerships. My role now extended to also finding and hiring student assistents and interns. I was also in charge of preparing the company along with the CFO to meet GDPR regulations- Marketing (SoMe, SEM, SEO, events, Newsletter, and PR)- Partner collaborations with marketing campaigns towards the fitness clubs members- HR (Hiring and finding new employees plus doing OKR talks)- Customer Service- GDPR preparations

I started at TrainAway only two month after the company had been created. As I was still finishing my Master I focused mainly on marketing efforts but also helped in building new partnerships,- Social Media- SEO- PR- Building partnerships with clubs

Working part time with marketing with the company facebook page - one of the first yarn stores to enter facebook in Denmark -, which I created back in 2010. To help the company grow I help by doing business development and looking for new growth in domestic and foreign areas, help preparing and executing exhibition stands at fairs all around Denmark and help setting up events. During my time at Tante Grøn we have seen substantial economic growth and won the Gazelle Price from the economic newspapir Børsen several times.

Once again I was contacted to work as a German teacher at a school while a colleague was taking leave. Here I teach German to a 8, 9 and 10 class while also working with other tasks at the school. It is interesting to teach and while German is not the most loved course among the pupils in the Danish elementary schools it is by far one of the most interesting and hardest to teach. Therefore I see it as an interesting challenge and have already learned much about motivating people from this.

As an advisor at Begravelsesguiden.dk I work with marketing (both online and offline), business development, SMM, customer service and looking for future growth in foreign and domestic markets.

My work at Care.com consists of online marketing, SEM, SEO, writing articles, SMM, customer service and scouting for new partners and company profiles.

I taught a 9 and a 10 class German for 4 months. Due to their previous teacher being on maternity leave. I had never worked as a teacher before this but I learned a lot from working in such an environment and it has encouraged me to seek work like this again. I am still affiliated to the school as I am acting substitute teacher when a teacher is sick or needed.

Having been the previous drummer and due to a internship in Germany I got the position as manager. I Helped with contracts, concerts and overall management of the band.

Working as intern in the marketing department of UniCredit, which focused on corporate business. The internship was for one year and was in Munich, Germany. The main focus in this department the was on internal and external communication. The internal communication was through the onegate/internal page and the external communication was through messes and conferences. Besides my main tasks I got to work part time in various departments to learn as much about the marketing and communication in UniCredit as possible.

During my studies in Odense - Denmark - I worked part time selling danish newspapers like Weekendavisen and Jyllandsposten over the telephone. During my work I trained two other salesmen. It was very interesting to work at OnLine Telemarketing and it gave me some insight and experience with selling to people over the phone.
