Performed subcontractor prequalifications and managed day-to-day administrative functions for the North American Subcontractor Default Insurance Program (SDI). Performed analysis on a wide range of small, medium, and large construction trades and assessed the financial and technical/operational capabilities. Conducted reference checks for specific subcontractors, including credit reports. Obtained and evaluated feedback regarding Operations’ assessment of subcontractor’s performance capabilities. Liaised with the supply chain team to ensure new subcontractors were validated and enrolled in the internal accreditation system. Completed monthly and quarterly reporting for all projects under the program. Performed project close-out reconciliations once SDI projects had been completed.

Implemented and executed the corporate light licensed vehicle program for over 1600 fleet vehicles across North America.
