Acted as a central project coordinator for a Naval Manufacturing Technology program developing continuous-processed propellants and explosives in a twin-screw extruder (TSE). Initiated and maintained documentation for all experimental runs. Organized and updated all previous documentation. Created inspection criteria and performed inspections on equipment. Developed and maintained the preventive maintenance plan for the TSE facility.

Created a detailed operation and maintenance manual for a ground-water treatment system at Scarboro Landfill in Harford County.
