I am honored to be a part of the District 8 Board of Directors serving AAF clubs in Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota and South Dakota. I am in charge of coordinating the 2015 and 2016 National Student Advertising Competition for District 8.

Oversee and advise Board of Directors. Meet regularly with Programming and Events Chair to coordinate luncheons, student events and socials. Recruit quality marketing and advertising individuals for specific Board of Director roles.

As ADDY chair, lead committee, establish timelines, create and manage event budget, secure venue, work with third party vendors and collaborate theme with agency of record.

Manage, write copy, and create 7.5 to 60 second motion ad spots. Work directly with client and manage multiple deadlines. Work on marketing team, creating print materials for Sales Reps. Train entry level designs on job duties. Deliver design and production tour to sales trainees, explaining the design process from start to finish.

Worked jointly with Illustrator Matt Haubrich as freelance team to create the look of the 2010 ARRM Conference Brochure and 2011 ARRM Conference Brochure and Invitation. Matt was the creative genius behind the design of the theme and I played the role of Production Artist and Project Manger.

Created calendar icons in color pencil, key-lined newspaper ads, and assisted the Senior Designer in a variety of projects. Best experience that a college kid could get!
