Managed and executed strategies and operations for home page and 12 site departments with $400M+ total sales across Health, Beauty, Pharmacy, Vision, Financial Services, Grocery, Gift Cards, Tires, Gift Registry, Movies, Music and Books. Led team of two.KEY OUTCOMES:■ Managed, merchandised and optimized the site; managed promotions and new initiative launches.■ Led, managed and worked with large cross-functional teams to launch marketing initiatives, departments and site enhancements including 23 Health and Wellness shops, 5 departments and 6 online health tools; audited and analyzed the site, including competitive and gap analysis, wireframing and roadmap creation.■ Achieved triple-digit revenue growth; 270% for Health and Beauty and 13% for Movies, Music and Books.■ Led the launch of the new Consumables businesses, which was entirely new for Walmart.com and most of the online industry at the time – launched Health and Beauty on time to beat plan by 9%; partnered cross-functionally to combine three platforms and additional content management system to create a seamless customer experience.■ Led the Wii Fit Mother’s Day integrated campaign across circulars and online serving as the homepage manager; approach resulted in a record 50k pre-orders, $4M in sales in one weekend; orders increased 242% and revenues increased 195%; "themed" Homepage was introduced and implemented as a standard practice.
