I am an Associate Professor in the Promotion of Sexual Wellbeing and Comprehensive Sexuality Education at the Institute for Family and Sexuality Studies at the KU Leuven since September 2023. Being trained in social and political sciences, I have been doing multidisciplinary research in the field of sexual and reproductive health since 2006 for different organizations (mostly Ghent University). My work mainly focuses on adolescent sexual and reproductive health and wellbeing.I am the co-founder of the advanced interuniversity and interdisciplinary Master of Science in Global Health and of the Academic Network on SRHR Policy (ANSER), the chair of the board of Sensoa, the Flemish Expertise on sexuality.Since early 2020, I am also working as an independent international consultant in Sexual and Reproductive Health and Global Health.
