I have over 20 years of experience successfully leading projects (large and small) across various industries including: Retail, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Legal, Technology, Food & Beverage, HR, Learning and Development, Events, Consulting, Construction, Non-Profit Organizations, and Government. In addition to my project management experience, I've applied my critical thinking & creative problem-solving skills to my work as a litigation paralegal and as the Co-founder/Executive Director of a Social/Environmental Justice-focused non-profit organization. I approach professional endeavors with solid competency in strategic planning and implementation, process and performance enhancement, cradle to cradle perspective, organizational transformation and change management, big picture vision with laser focus on day-to-day details, and the ability to achieve results via collaborating with people in all levels of an organization. I am a certified Authentic Leader, have been recognized by Worldwide Branding for Excellence in Organizational Management, and was selected for the National Education for Women’s (NEW) Leadership, Puget Sound Summer Institute through The Center for Women & Democracy at the University of Washington. I am an active advocate on behalf of those living at, near, or below the poverty line and am passionate about social and environmental justice. I am trained and have diverse experience in conflict resolution, mediation, group facilitation & visioning exercises, diversity & inclusion, and understanding groups as living systems.
