I help individuals and organizations achieve their goals by breaking down complex processes into bite-size pieces, connecting disparate ideas, and implementing plans logically and systematically.Using data-driven strategies, I evaluate what is already serving them successfully, where the gaps are, and what is no longer serving them, then assist in creating and following a roadmap based on research, positive psychology, and my years of experience as a marketer, program manager, teacher, parent, board member, and business owner.I’ve married my passions for babywearing education, infant development, product design, and strategic planning to bring results and growth in the baby carrier marketplace. For 14 years I built the brand, Wrapsody, which is known for its lightweight, ergonomic, beautiful baby wraps and for the impeccable support we offered our retail partners, then brought those skills to Cybex to present their carriers to in the North American Marketplace. Most recently, I have acted as the Marketing Director for Maya Wrap, a 25-year-old family-owned baby sling manufacturer. Additionally I have spent time developing alternative workforce programs for a local non-profit organization serving individuals with autism and intellectual disabilities.My versatile skill set includes graphic design, compliance planning and auditing, writing and evaluating sop’s, strategic planning, content creation and more. As a writer, teacher and public planner I particularly love interdisciplinary topics relating to education, non-profits and service, personal development, entrepreneurship, parenting twice-exceptional children, and babywearing. Teaching, task analysis, evidence-based practice, and focus on others' communication styles are entrenched in the way I interact with the world.
