Formerly known as the teller coordinator position, I train new tellers and maintain operational compliance, perform customer account maintenance, and manage branch cash levels. I communication changes in operations or procedures to branch employees using Microsoft tools and maintain proper records retention.

As lead technician, I handle inventory management, scheduling and preparing managed care therapy information. I also perform entry of paitents' information, dispensing prescribed medications, insurance billing and customer service.

I helped to home school two children. Included setting up lesson schedule and adding to the curriculum laid out by A Beka books.
