Senior Technical Acquisition Advisor | Sole Recruiter for IT DivisionAs the Senior Technical Acquisition Advisor for a 650-person information technology division, I was responsible for full-cycle recruiting across multiple locations, including Omaha, NE; Lenexa, KS; Houston, TX; and Lone Tree, CO. My focus was on recruiting positions ranging from entry-level to senior leadership. I supported a diverse tech stack that included .NET, SharePoint, Quality Assurance Testers, Product Managers, Azure Cloud, AI, and SAP. In this role I utilized heavy sourcing techniques to identify top talent for the organization. I would research, compile and share data with my hiring leaders on market conditions, compensation ranges, supply/demand of skills and insight on our competitors. We used SAP SuccessFactors as our ATS, and recently integrated Paradox AI software to enhance recruiting efficiencies.In addition to my core responsibilities, I extended recruiting support to other departments across various districts for roles in accounting, finance, and payroll. I partnered with Talent Acquisition teams throughout North America, Canada, and Mexico and also our immigration team to assist with onboarding candidates requiring sponsorship. Beyond recruitment, I was actively involved in company-sponsored initiatives, such as Women in Technology and the Culture of Service Committee, which promoted volunteerism and community stewardship.

Proxibid partnered with eBay, received a substantial round of funding from an investment company and had plans to double the IT and Sales divisions, both locally and nationally. My responsibility was to identify and hire the strongest talent available to help grow these teams. Proxibid was acquired which resulted in a company wide layoff.
