Responsibilities:• art direct and design new product and show branding, logos/identity for all printed and direct mail marketing pieces including program guides and catalogs • research market trends and competitors, create case studies, stay up to date on all offered products, industry pricing, and gather information for launch schedules and special events• ensure consistent look and feel of brand between print, TV, and internet promotions• lead pre-production meetings with stylists and photographers to review creative concepts, technical requirements and production schedules • provide art direction to styling and imaging teams during photography shoots• retouch all images • prepare all final files for press delivery • review proofs and attend press checks to ensure accuracy and quality in final production of materials• provide training on programs, best practices, and corporate policies for new employees in creative department

Responsibilities: • support two attorneys and paralegals in defense cases focused on auto, personal injury, mesothelioma and construction defect • stay current on all cases assigned per attorney (70+ active cases per attorney and paralegal) and update attorneys on case status• create layouts and author multiple legal documents to serve on opposing counsel and file with courts • transcribe summaries and documents received from attorneys and paralegals at the firm • support fellow legal secretaries if they are inundated • create and organize new files and medical records referred to the firm and maintain and organize standing files as needed • train new support staff members in office and legal procedures • process and organize incoming records for active lawsuits, assemble arbitration books and exhibits for upcoming trials as need, make sure attorneys are fully prepped for any depositions, mediations and court appearances
