As the Vice President of Human Resources and Associate Relations at Crescent Hotels & Resorts, I lead and develop a team of 7 HR professionals who support more than 100 properties across North America. With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I have a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by hotel owners, operators, and associates.
