Facilitating all aspects of an animation project, with the end goal of making outstanding showpieces for progressive clients. Key job duties include:- Client Comms: Prepping and delivering project proposals to potential client contacts. Onboarding project managers and guiding them through the process from creative, through pre-production, production, and post-production- Logistics: sourcing and facilitating negotiations with talent, insurance, payroll, budgeting, and scheduling with external customers and vendors- Project Management: managing bandwidth, onboarding freelance contractors, and facilitating relationships with vendors. Creating and maintaining methodical notes during internal and external meetings and ensuring across the board consensus on all aspects of a project- Everyday Maintenance: compiling and maintaining the overall pipeline calendar, keeping all internal spreadsheets of finances, and contacts active and up to date, and keeping the high fives goingClients include: Thumbtack, Earnin, Gusto, Facebook, Google Pay, Adobe, Nest

- Coordination and scheduling of full time and freelance staff, including designers, animators, voice over talent, musical composers, and sound designers- Tracking and management of individual projects to ensure deliverables are received by the client both on schedule as well as budget

- Development and design of logo, packaging, and supplemental for an innovative hair care product- Locating and directing any outsourced creative talent, including photography, video production and illustration- Working closely with founding partners to accomplish creative and fiscal goals within strict deadlines

- Obtaining and implementing all client needs for a busy branch of an international market research firm with clients that include Apple, Samsung, and Audi- Creating and maintaining personal connections with new and existing clients- Managing all internal and external vendors
