-Oversaw the crisis mobile assessment teams at Liberty Hospital, a 226 - bed facility and Olathe Medical Center a 300 - bed facility-Processed accounts payable for approximately $18,000 monthly-Credentialing of employees-Initiated the expansion of contracts to new hospitals including advancement to telehealth-Changed paper charting to electronic fax system, thereby improving efficiency by 150% at contracting partner-Wrote the policies and procedures for the mobile assessment team-Wrote PRN agreements for employees and audited employee’s psychiatric assessments-Hired, trained and coached employees-Performed intake assessments on psychiatric patients to determine the appropriate level of care-Admitted patients to the psychiatric facility or refer them to appropriate outpatient programs-Routinely work with patients considered to be in a psychiatric emergency-Administer medications, patient education, patient assessment, planning, and implementation-Contact physicians regarding patient status changes and lab results-Receive physician orders.
