Responsibilities -Establishes and leads the vision and strategy for Analytics and Institutional Research (AIR) to ensure that data needs are met for the institution.-Facilitates data management and data governance strategies for the university, leading to effective data stewardship.-Hires and provides leadership and mentorship to a team of professional personnel focused on business intelligence analytics.-Ensures data integrity, quality, and consistency in all data reporting.-Oversees administration of various university surveys, distribution of survey results and interpretation of survey findings relevant to university decision-making and assessment.-Develops statistical models and/or customized analyses to support strategic goals and initiatives.-Provides consultation on quantitative and qualitative research design and statistical analyses methodologies.-Partners with university stakeholders across all levels and functions to identify opportunities to utilize data and analytics to improve student success and advance equity.-Manages internal requests for data to ensure that the data needs of campus stakeholders are met.
